TaylorMade R11 Irons,are you surprised?

I have been fortunate to have these TaylorMade R11 Irons in my bag for a few weeks as TaylorMade provided these at no charge recently, looking for feedback. I've played 3 rounds and logged several hours on the range. With all the talk out there about these, I've been dying to give a little insight. Finally they've been announced, and I can, so on to the fun part! I've tried to put some of what I remember from the presentation I saw with my own opinions. My opinions are my own,TaylorMade didn't ask for a review ,but they're really positive. I'm surprised at how much I like these. The r11 Irons are especially designed for players who appreciate the shape and refinement of a tour-grade iron but need the help of technology to launch the ball high, straight, and long with less effort, regardless of handicap. The r11 taylormade features a dual head design made for both performance and control. And the 3-5 irons feature a high repulsion face with hollow cavity structure for increased distance. The 6-Wedge feature a more compact undercut pocket cavity with a focus on feel, control and accuracy. What's more,the R11 features variable face thickness. Starting with 2.0mm thick face in the long irons to 2.3mm in the mid irons and 2.5mm in the short irons for enhanced feel. Overall,What I want to say is that I am so satisfied with all features the r11 taylor made have. If you need some, why not have a try?
